SeychellesEstates is a neutral, free directory of every property for sale in Seychelles. Here is exactly what happens behind the scenes — for buyers, sellers and agencies.
For buyers
- Browse the map. The homepage shows every active listing as a priced pin on Mahé, Praslin, La Digue and the outer islands. Switch currencies between SCR, EUR and USD; the figures update instantly.
- Open a listing. Each property page carries the original photos, description, price, beds, baths, plot and living area, and (where the seller has provided them) a precise location and feature list.
- Click “View original listing.” Every listing carries a link back to the agency or owner who published it. Enquiries, viewings, paperwork and payments all happen there — we never sit between you and the seller.
For sellers and agencies
- You publish where you already publish. If your property is on your own agency site, on Facebook or on a third-party portal we crawl, it will appear here automatically with full attribution.
- You stay in control. Every listing links back to your page. We don’t intercept enquiries, hide your contact details or rewrite your copy.
- You can claim listings. Verified agents can claim listings on this site for free, add extra photos and turn on a direct contact form. Contact us to set that up.
- Private sellers welcome. If you’re selling without an agency, send us the listing details and we will publish them.
For everyone — what we promise
- Free. Always. No paywalls, no premium tiers, no sponsored bumps.
- No commission. We do not take a cut of any sale, anywhere.
- Attribution everywhere. Every card and detail page links to the original seller.
