SeychellesEstates is a free, non-commercial directory of every property for sale in Seychelles. We are not an agency. We do not list our own inventory. We do not take commission. We exist so that anyone shopping for a home, an apartment or a plot of land in Seychelles can see the whole market in one place — without bouncing between agency websites, Facebook pages and word-of-mouth.
Who runs it
SeychellesEstates is run independently as a Seychelles-focused public directory. It is not owned by, funded by, or affiliated with any real-estate agency. The site is one of a small family of independent Seychelles-focused platforms covering travel, media, business and information services.
How we keep listings up to date
Listings are aggregated automatically from agency websites across the islands — Arriva Real Estate, Premium Realty Seychelles, RE/MAX Paradise Seychelles, SARE Seychelles and 4321 Property among others. Every listing card carries a “View original listing” link back to the source agency. When you are ready to enquire or view a property, you deal with the agency directly, on their terms.
What we don’t do
- We don’t broker sales.
- We don’t take commission or finder’s fees.
- We don’t generate leads on behalf of agencies.
- We don’t edit, embellish or rewrite the descriptions agencies have already written for their properties.
For agents and private sellers

The story
The first version of SeychellesEstates was put together in late 2025 with a handful of hand-curated listings. The current map-first version, with multi-currency display and an aggregated catalogue, went live in 2026.
