Where to buy on Praslin

Côte d'Or (Anse Volbert)

The premier stretch on the north coast, a long calm bay lined with resorts and villas. This is the address most foreign buyers picture when they think of Praslin.

Baie Sainte Anne

The main village and ferry port on the east side, the practical centre of island life.

Grand Anse

On the south coast near the airport, a working part of the island with a broad beach.

Anse Kerlan and the northwest

Near the second airstrip and the island golf course, an area of quiet luxury and sunset-facing plots.

Who buys on Praslin

Praslin appeals to buyers chasing a beautiful, unhurried holiday home or a coastal villa, and who do not mind being a ferry ride from the capital.

Foreign buyers, note. The national rules are the same on every island. A non-Seychellois needs a government sanction and must meet the price thresholds, currently a market value of at least SCR 10 million for a house with its land. Our guide for foreign buyers walks through the whole process.
