Grand Anse is the long beach and settlement on the south coast of Praslin, close to the island airport. More of a working, lived-in part of the island than the resort strip of Côte d'Or, it offers a broad ocean-facing beach, a real community and generally better value for a buyer who does not need to be on the prime north coast.
